About us
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to youth empowerment and employment. As true believers of SDG 8, we want to foster an entrepreneurial culture and encourage young people on the path of decent work.

LILAC gives young people the possibility to review their Curriculum Vitae, to get tips on the job searching process and understand better the work environment in order to overcome the fear of the unknown.

Our name was chosen on purpose - according to colour psychology, the colour lilac is frequently associated with qualities such as friendliness, open-mindedness, and extroversion. Furthermore, the plant Lilac symbolizes growth.
